Cancellation Policy
Wildflower Beauty Collective Cancellation, Late and No Show Policy
Cancellation: To ensure the best experience for all our clients we kindly ask all clients to cancel or reschedule an appointment 24hrs prior to an appointment time. Cancellations prior to 24hrs will be charged a 30% fee. Cancellations after 24hrs will be charged a 50% fee.
No-Show: No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service/s. Some exceptions may apply.
Late: If you are over 10 mins late to an appointment you may be asked to adjust or reschedule your appointment and Charged a 50% fee. All our services are very time sensitive and being late to an appointment can set your stylist behind, we ask that all clients please be on time for their appointments.
We get stuff happens! But please contact your stylist and let them know about your situation. Frequent tardies, cancellations or No-Shows could cause you to limited appointment times in the future.
All Services are non-refundable. Clients must notify their stylist within 72hrs for a complimentary adjustment within 7days.
